Ephesians 3:20 TLB – Now glory be to God, who by his mighty power at work within us is able to do far more than we would ever dare to ask or even dream of – infinitely beyond our highest prayers, desires, thoughts, or hopes.

A preacher once said that excess is God’s signature and I concur. He is a God of abundance, a God of exceedingly above and a God of infinitely beyond. Everything God is involved in is big because He is bigness-personified. God is more willing to do for us, in us and through us than we will ever imagine. Just when you think you’ve reached your highest (prayers, desires, thoughts, hopes, dreams etc) God shows up to let you know that there’s more. There’s always more with God. Walking with God entails being conscious of ‘more’.

Say with me: ‘I am always conscious of more because I serve a God of infinitely beyond’.

If God could not withhold the sacrifice of Himself through Jesus Christ, then He can withhold nothing from us – Romans 8:32. There is nothing we place a demand on Him for that won’t be granted. Even if what is being demanded for is not yet in existence or known to man, it will be created (custom-made) just for us. That is how limitless our God is. That a situation looks irredeemable is a matter of perspective; when you choose to see from God’s perspective, you’ll realize that nothing is irredeemable. Methods may vary but results in God are always predictable. For instance, it is a highly predictable constant that God always answers when we pray in the name of Jesus but ‘the-how’ or methodology of answer is solely His prerogative.

Prayer: Lord, increase my capacity for more.
